Jordan brings experience in hospitality operations, meat sourcing, wholesale, international trade, brand development and commercial growth. Chef Anthony Shin brings extensive professional culinary experience, product development expertise and quality control. Together they created SUTBUL to combine premium sourcing + expert butchery + professional product development + fire-led food culture.
